Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple technical functions and varied stakeholder styles.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable recruiting coordination practices across multiple pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to improve efficiency.
• Mentor coordinators and establish scalable best practices.
• Support interviewer enablement, training logistics, and load balancing.
• Manages candidate and stakeholder communication across channels.
• Identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and drive scalable improvements.
