Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. is seeking a Team Lead for Recruiting Coordination in San Francisco, responsible for scaling our recruiting orchestration.

You will design the end-to-end coordination process, publish SOPs, and own the scheduling/ATS stack while partnering with recruiters and interviewers to keep hiring on track. You will guide Early Careers hiring, build a capability-driven team, and report to the Head of Talent as part of the Recruiting leadership team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations
• Experience building or maturing a coordination process with measurable results
• Administrator-level proficiency with an applicant tracking system and scheduling platforms
• Experience owning university or Early Careers programs and external partnerships
• Ability defining metrics and turning them into process changes
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, hire, and retain the recruiting coordination team with clear role expectations
• Design end-to-end coordination process and publish SOPs/SLAs
• Own and administer scheduling and ATS stack (Greenhouse, ModernLoop)
• Own Early Careers hiring plan and operating model
• Partner with recruiters and interviewers to optimize capacity and reduce friction
• Improve candidate experience from first touch to offer and establish escalation paths
• Build onboarding and training for coordinators to shorten ramp time
• Forecast coordination capacity and justify headcount or tooling investments
