Astranis is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Associate to join the Coordination team at our San Francisco HQ. You will partner with hiring managers to drive early careers hiring, manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and offers, while ensuring a seamless onsite hosting experience for candidates.

The role emphasizes meticulous data hygiene in the Applicant Tracking System, supporting recruiting metrics and compliance, and contributing to special projects and campus events.

Qualifications

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS)
Ability to learn quickly
Experience with scheduling and coordinating interviews

Responsibilities

End-to-End Early Careers Ownership: Partner with hiring managers to drive university and early talent hiring, manage postings, pipelines, and offers.
Candidate Experience & Onsite Hosting: Guide candidates through a high-touch interview process and host in-office visits.
ATS & Operational Integrity: Maintain data hygiene and documentation in the ATS for reliable recruiting metrics and compliance.
Process Optimization & Special Projects: Evaluate workflows to improve efficiency and support campus events.
