Job summary

Innovative Staff Solutions, based in Sullivan, IL, is seeking a full-time Recruiting Center Manager to oversee recruiting operations across 20+ locations. You will lead a Call Center team, drive performance, and ensure timely hiring through screening, scheduling, and precise documentation.

You will manage candidate communications, provide feedback, and coordinate scheduling and interviews while maintaining compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer service: At least 4 years of customer service experience.
• Skills and working style: Detail-oriented, organized, multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office products.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Preferred experience: Recruitment, call center operations, or administrative support.
• Scheduling/typing: Proficient with Office and scheduling software; typing ~40 WPM.
• Leadership: Leadership experience preferred; 2 years preferred.
• Dependability: Dependable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of Call Center Specialists while promoting trust, accountability, and teamwork.
• Provide performance feedback and address employee relations matters as needed.
• Source, screen, and process candidates for opportunities across 20+ locations.
• Process background screenings and support timely hiring decisions.
• Proactively engage candidates through outreach and database recruiting.
• Track applicant flow and hiring priorities across locations.
• Coordinate recruiting activities to support branch staffing.
• Act as a central communication resource between offices, candidates, and internal teams.
• Manage call, text, and voicemail platforms for timely responses.
• Coach team on professional communication and customer service best practices.
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules for 20+ offices.
• Maintain documentation within HRIS and other recruiting systems.
• Ensure records and employment docs are complete and compliant.
