Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Dixon, IL is seeking a Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for multiple accounts. You will drive full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers to align staffing with business needs.

You will build relationships with community partners, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records. Weekly client visits and on-site check-ins are expected, with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Nice to Have: Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Technical: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn)

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to secure future opportunities within accounts.
• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, events, referrals, and outreach.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain data in applicant tracking system and ensure candidate records are up to date.
