Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare office experience.
• Preferred experience with employee onboarding or recruitment.
• Basic proficiency using computers, office software, and related office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates recruitment advertising, including creating and posting job openings and the use of internet recruiting tools.
• Coordinates the application process, including telephone and internet responses, application scheduling and interviewing.
• Conducts employment verification and reference checks and assists with coordinating background investigations when needed.
• Coordinates the new hire on-boarding process.
• Assist in the operation of the switchboard or telephone system to receive incoming calls and provide professional, helpful first point of contact
