Interim HealthCare Staffing in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to own full-life cycle recruiting for frontline medical staff. You will build relationships, source candidates, and manage the candidate experience from application through hire.

You'll collaborate with clinical and operations teams, use ATS and social platforms to develop strong pipelines, and conduct assessments in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Salary ranges 65k–75k with quarterly bonuses.

Interim offers a benefit package and starting salary range of $65k to $75K plus the opportunity to earn a bonus quarterly.

Responsibilities:

As an Interim recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Lead all aspects of the recruiting process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet organizational needs, collaborating closely with other departments.
• Develop, build, and maintain candidate relationships: Utilize effective sourcing and selection techniques to foster and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Proactively sell and recruit healthcare professionals: Utilize multiple sources and strategies to actively engage and recruit healthcare professionals who are a strong fit for our organization.
• Experience working within an ATS.
• Experience utilizing social media platforms to build connections and strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Bachelor's degree preferred: Although not mandatory, having a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience: You should have at least two years of recruiting experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in an agency or corporate environment.
• One year of high-volume healthcare-related recruitment experience: Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPN's, CNAs, Medical Assistants, and front-line support positions is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to source and cold call candidates: Your ability to proactively source and reach out to potential candidates is crucial to your success in this role.
