• High school diploma required; college coursework or a degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and database systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and existing applicant records.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines based on priority positions and in-demand skill sets.
• Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screens based on established qualification criteria.
• Schedule and confirm recruiter interviews and candidate appointments.
• Collect résumés and candidate information while keeping profiles accurate and up to date.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, statuses, and follow-up activities.
• Keep candidate pipelines clean, current, and easily searchable.
• Handle confidential candidate and client information with professionalism and discretion.
