Job summary

Express Healthcare Staffing Hawaii seeks a Healthcare Recruiter / Credentialer to support hiring in Honolulu by sourcing candidates and guiding them through onboarding and credentialing.

Your role includes recruiting healthcare professionals, evaluating fit, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines while ensuring timely credentialing and compliance across processes. This position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare staffing or credentialing, recruiting, or related admin.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive documentation and outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication with discretion on confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and engage qualified healthcare professionals for openings
• Evaluate experience, qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and job fit
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines with timely follow-up
• Guide professionals through onboarding and credentialing steps
• Collect, maintain, and track required clinical and employment documentation
• Verify records are accurate and ensure candidates meet requirements before start
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Move candidates through recruiting to credential completion
• Develop compliant, start-ready healthcare professionals
