Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Cincinnati, OH, who will manage full-cycle recruiting for complex roles across IT and Finance. In this performance-driven environment, the recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and build strong candidate pipelines.

This position offers a competitive base salary of $50k-$60k plus a $20k annual bonus target and additional perks such as a sign-on bonus and structured career paths.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.
