Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support one of our top recruiters with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining profiles in our ATS/CRM. You will help provide a best-in-class candidate experience and contribute to a fast-paced recruiting team.

Experience in customer service or recruiting is a plus, but not required. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role, which offers growth opportunities

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates, team members and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage a large task load.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate data and materials.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the selection process.
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
Assist in preparing interview materials, assessments, and background documents for candidates.
Support the Recruiter with daily tasks as needed.
