You will assist with recruiting across Legal, HR, Accounting, and Engineering. Responsibilities include using job boards, LinkedIn, company database, and social media to engage candidates; reviewing resumes; conducting phone screens and reference checks; onboarding new hires; logging candidate data.

• Motivated individuals who enjoy learning and aren’t afraid to talk to all types of people will succeed in this role.
• Must be persuasive and comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing multiple recruiting sources to engage job seekers including job boards, LinkedIn, company database, and social media outlets
• Reviewing and formatting resumes
• Conducting phone screen interviews, reference checks
• Assisting with new hire onboarding
• Logging candidate details into database or updating existing candidate profiles with current information
