KRG is seeking an outgoing Recruiting Assistant to join our team in Buffalo, NY. Full-time, direct-hire position offering a pay rate of $50k-$55k plus incentive bonuses.

You will assist with recruiting across Legal, HR, Accounting, and Engineering. Responsibilities include using job boards, LinkedIn, company database, and social media to engage candidates; reviewing resumes; conducting phone screens and reference checks; onboarding new hires; logging candidate data.

Qualifications

• Motivated individuals who enjoy learning and aren’t afraid to talk to all types of people will succeed in this role.
• Must be persuasive and comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone.
