Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts in Buffalo, NY. You will review resumes, conduct prescreening interviews, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.

The role requires 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, excellent communication, and knowledge of HR functions. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive the company vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key candidate strengths.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruiting required.
• Working knowledge of ADP preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
• Must be able to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate resumes for qualifications and role alignment.
• Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate documentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
