Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support one of our top recruiters. You will help source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Based at our Newburgh, IN location, you will maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM, prepare interview materials, and assist with day-to-day recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a strong learning path in a growing department.

Qualifications

• Ability to source and screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills.

About the role:As a Recruiting Assistant for TQL, you will be responsible for directly supporting one of our top Recruiters with a variety of tasks throughout the TQL recruitment process.
