Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is hiring in-office recruiters in the Birmingham, AL area. You will own the entire candidate search lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, while collaborating with a dedicated on-site hiring manager.

No experience required as we provide best-in-class paid training to set you up for success. You will cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring partners, manage high-volume sourcing, and guide candidates through interview stages to onboarding, with Avature as the ATS

Qualifications

• 1+ year of successful full cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Coachable and metrics-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• In-office role requiring strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview-to-offer process with a smooth onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
