Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Recruiting Administrator for an on-site role at our Sherman, TX office. You will support candidate communications, scheduling, onboarding coordination, and data entry, partnering with Clinical Recruiters to move candidates through onboarding to first shift readiness.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an office, administrative, customer service, scheduling, healthcare, recruiting support, or other fast-paced support role.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Familiar with Outlook, Microsoft Office, ATS, scheduling systems.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruiting process with candidate communication, follow-up, scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and hiring-related appointments for clinicians.
• Communicate professionally with candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Partner with Clinical Recruiters to support candidate progression through onboarding.
• Assist with candidate sourcing and outreach through job boards and referrals.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS, scheduling systems, and notes.
• Monitor candidate status and reduce delays or drop-off.
• Coordinate with branch teams on interview needs and staffing priorities.
• Support a positive candidate experience reflecting HALOS values.
