Verstela in the United States is seeking a motivated recruitment assistant to help match job seekers with opportunities. The role focuses on friendly outreach, guiding candidates through their search, and scheduling interviews.

You will respond to calls and emails, help prepare candidates for their first day, and support the hiring team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. This is an onsite position in Bensenville, IL, with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Multiline phone experience preferred.
