Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking candidates for its Recruiter Trainee Program in the United States. The program develops sourcing, screening, selecting and placing skills under an experienced leader to ensure you have the knowledge, tools and resources to succeed.

During training you are paid $21.26 per hour (about 13 weeks). After successful completion you advance to Recruiter 1 with a $52,500 salary and uncapped commissions, enabling you to build high-value candidate pipelines for

• Ability to attract top talent using technology to build networks.
• Action oriented and results driven, frequently exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow while developing deep familiarity with Amergis requirements and processes.
