Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter in the United States. The role starts with a base salary of $45,000 and uncapped earning potential through commissions after an initial training period. After one year, base salary increases to $55,000 with continued earning opportunities through commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Customer- or sales-focused experience is desirable.
• Team-oriented collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and referrals.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan). Projected Recruiter Earnings:

Year 1: $50,000

Year 2: $76,000

Year 3: $102,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:
