Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter in Hamden, CT, to identify and screen qualified candidates, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts, perform customer service tasks, and contribute to community initiatives.

The role emphasizes internal promotion paths and a strong training program, with a base salary and commission potential after training. A Bachelor’s degree and customer-facing experience are preferred.

Let’s talk money and perks!

Aerotek offers a base salary of $50,000with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $60,000. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $60,000
• Year 2: $80,000
• Year 3: $102,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:

• Year 1: $75,000
• Year 2: $105,500
• Year 3: $132,000
