Aerotek is hiring recruiters who will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview them, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service tasks, and engage in community volunteering.
Upon training completion, a base salary is offered with weekly commissions. After one year, base pay increases, with further incentive opportunities and a strong benefits package

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.
