Job summary

Aerotek in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen interviews, and partner with Account Managers to target key markets. This role emphasizes relationship-building, customer service, and referral generation in a busy staffing environment.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
