Job summary

Aerotek, an Allegis Group company, is hiring recruiters in Pittsburgh. You will identify qualified candidates, screen interviews, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments.

You will build industry relationships and perform customer-service tasks while contributing to community volunteering efforts. Base salary starts at $45,000 with unlimited commission potential after training; after one year, base salary may rise to $55,000 with continuing commission and

Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan). Projected Recruiter Earnings:

Year 1: $50,000

Year 2: $86,000

Year 3: $112,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:

Year 1: $65,000

Year 2: $115,000

Year 3: $142,000
