Aerotek, a leading talent solutions provider, is seeking a Strategic Delivery Recruiter to identify, screen, and place candidates for top clients. You will engage with applicants, provide market and client insights, and collaborate with sourcing, care, and vendor teams to optimize the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
• Provide local market, skill set and client specific intelligence to team leads.
• Partner with Applicant Sourcers, Contractor Care Reps, and Vendor Management Specialists to deliver a great candidate experience.
• Work with the Strategic Delivery leadership to identify top accounts and key market segments.
• Give back to the community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.

Let’s talk money and perk s!

Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan). Projected Recruiter Earnings:

Year 1: $50,000

Year 2: $76,000

Year 3: $102,000
