Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking a recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and perform customer service related activities. Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates

• Partner with Applicant Sourcers, Contractor Care Representatives, and Vendor Management Specialists to deliver a great candidate experience

• Engage in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations

About You

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period
• After one year, base salary increases to $55,000 with continued commission and performance-based incentives including quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trips, and a company-funded investment plan
