Job summary

Amergis in San Francisco is launching a Recruiter Trainee Program to teach sourcing, screening, selecting and placing. Trainees are non-exempt and paid at $22.27 per hour during the typical 13-week training period, with overtime possible at leadership discretion.

Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to Recruiter 1 as an exempt employee earning a base salary of $52,500 with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support onboarding workflows and become familiar with Amergis requirements and processes.
