Upon successful completion, you will advance to Recruiter 1 as an exempt employee earning a $70,300 salary with uncapped commission potential. The role involves managing a diverse workload across recruiting, operations, reporting and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain strong, high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
• Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow while developing Amergis requirements and processes.
