Job summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting and onboarding during a 5-month transitional period. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, maintaining relationships, and managing onboarding steps effectively.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting and onboarding during a 5-month transitional period at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Support high-volume recruiting efforts by sourcing and reviewing candidates.
• Keep job postings active, accurate, and up to date.
• Maintain and grow relationships with campus pipelines and student candidates.
• Manage key onboarding steps such as background checks and drug screenings.
• Assist with student onboarding and entry processes as needed.
• Provide support across recruiting and HR operations during system testing and transition work.
• Help ensure a smooth, consistent experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications
