Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree with 1 year data management experience or 2 years data management experience with a HS diploma.
  • Degrees must be from an accredited school or as recognized by Roswell Park.
  • Experience in healthcare, academic, or scientific settings is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical, administrative, and general office support within a research setting.
  • Enter, organize, and maintain research data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with data management activities and basic descriptive statistical analysis.
  • Support research teams with study documentation and project coordination.
  • Assist with research protocol submissions, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Maintain records, files, and reports to support ongoing research activities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with researchers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Help ensure research projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide clerical, administrative, and general office support within a research setting.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full‑time experience in data management; or
  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full‑time experience in data management.
  • Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Salary Range

$40,191 – $51,646 annually.
