Summary

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy Senior Human Resources Information Systems Analyst (8‑Month Temporary Assignment, Full‑Time, Non‑Benefit) to support our team during an important period of system implementation and transition. In this role, you’ll help ensure our HR systems are configured correctly, run smoothly, and deliver the data and insights our teams rely on every day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working behind the scenes to make systems more efficient. Your work will play a key role in helping employees and leaders access accurate information and a seamless HR experience. The role offers an annual salary rate of $93,659, adjusted proportionally to reflect the 8‑month term of the position.

What you’ll do
  • Support system implementation projects, with a focus on configuration, testing, and stabilization
  • Maintain and update HR system settings to ensure accuracy and functionality
  • Configure Workday and support ongoing enhancements
  • Identify ways to improve processes, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency
  • Create and update reports to support business needs and ensure compliance
  • Troubleshoot system issues and help resolve them quickly
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff and other users on system‑related questions
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align system functionality with organizational needs
