SPAR is growing! We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team. Join us for a great opportunity if you are a recruiter or have recruiting experience and are looking to grow your career. As a Recruiter, you will engage active and passive candidates for full and part-time field positions within the organization. You will collaborate with candidates and Hiring Managers to conduct interviews and guide the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition from application to hire.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the candidate process with the hiring manager, solidify offer process, and facilitate candidate acceptance
• Source prospective candidates using proprietary databases, job boards, and community organizations
• Define job specifications, qualifications, and skills profiles
• Review resumes to qualify candidates and communicate job expectations clearly
• Conduct behavioral-based pre-screen interviews via telephone daily, evaluate candidates against job requirements, engage candidates, and present qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager
• Manage the hiring process for selected candidates

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers
