Job summary

Staff Force is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Oklahoma. This is a great entry- to mid-level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in staffing and recruiting.

You will recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and manufacturing roles, coordinate placements and onboarding, and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and clients. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Administrative and customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Prior staffing or recruiting experience preferred, especially within light industrial or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the staffing industry.
• Must have an Oklahoma Driver License.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and manufacturing positions.
• Coordinate placements and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain communication with candidates and clients.
• Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems.
• Support daily office and recruiting operations as needed.
