Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates from ATS and external board listings.
• Initiate screening via phone, text, or email.
• Meet or exceed outbound communication targets to maintain pipeline.
• Screen and document candidates’ qualifications, interests and availability.
• Conduct career counseling sessions and maintain candidate relationships.
• Follow The WorkSmart Way from engagement to placement and reemployment.
• Track client attendance and recruit to maintain staffing levels.
• Prepare and deliver client reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Build trust with clients through regular calls, emails and visits.
• Act as first point of contact for workers’ comp incidents and escalations.
• Support onboarding, background checks, and drug screens to ensure compliance.
