Floor Interior Services is seeking a motivated HR Assistant with a strong focus on Recruiting to join our team in Florida. This role supports hiring needs for employees and subcontractors, coordinates interviews, onboarding, and HR documentation, while maintaining candidate pipelines and timely communications.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds relationships in the field, and stays organized to manage multiple recruiting needs.

Formación

• 1+ year in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, staffing, or related admin role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support the recruiting process for employees and subcontractors from posting to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates based on company requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates.
• Assist with preparing employment and subcontractors' documentation and onboarding materials.
• Help develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Assist the HR Manager and management team with day-to-day HR activities.
• Maintain accurate employee and subcontractor records and documentation.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Assist with background checks, employment verification, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Help coordinate employee training and required certifications; ensure HR policies are followed.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
