EmployBridge in Peoria, IL is seeking a Recruiter - Industrial Staffing (Contract/Temporary) to join our in-office team. This position is not remote or hybrid and runs Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with a focus on high-volume recruiting for manufacturing roles.

You will brainstorm strategies to attract candidates, screen applicants, conduct I-9s and background checks, and manage relationships with 40+ customers daily.

A day as a Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
