Job summary

EmployBridge in Kenosha, WI is seeking an in-office Recruiter to help us attract great people for manufacturing opportunities. You will brainstorm with the team, craft postings, and use your people skills to interview and place candidates, while building a robust candidate pipeline.

You’ll screen candidates, perform background steps, and coordinate with the internal team to fulfill orders. This role emphasizes high-volume recruiting with urgency and strong MS Office proficiency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or staffing is preferred.
• Industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience preferred.
• High-volume recruiting experience with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with orders and internal teams.

• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
