TWD Financial in Plano, TX is hiring a Recruiter I for the Dallas metro area. This onsite role offers 100% commission-based compensation with two openings, and requires prior recruiting experience plus strong communication and organizational skills.

You will source candidates, conduct outreach and interviews, build a candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews, and ensure training completion to meet placement goals. Residency in the Dallas area and in-person interviews are required.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• 100% commission-based
