Job summary

WCL Group in Boise, Idaho is seeking an entry-level Recruiter to support sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through interviews and offers. You will style job descriptions, post opportunities, and maintain candidate records while learning our tools and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (business, communications, marketing, human resources, psychology, or related field preferred).
• 1+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, communications, customer service, or another client- or people-facing role (internships count).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable making high volumes of calls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Managers to understand each client, their hiring needs, and the details of every open requisition.
• Build a sourcing plan for each role and find candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, our internal database, referrals, and networking.
• Write and post engaging job descriptions and outreach messages that attract active and passive talent.
• Reach out to candidates by phone, email, text, and LinkedIn to introduce opportunities and build rapport.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to Client Managers with clear, concise submission summaries.
• Coordinate and prepare candidates for client interviews, gather feedback, and keep all parties updated.
• Support the offer process, including candidate expectations and negotiation, through start date.
• Keep candidate records, notes, and pipeline activity accurate and up to date in our ATS.
• Grow a network of qualified professionals to draw from as new positions open.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and leadership to share ideas and refine recruiting strategies.

This is an entry-level role: no prior recruiting experience is required, and you will be fully trained on our tools, industries, and process.
