Job summary

WCL Group, a growing staffing and workforce solutions firm, seeks an entry-level Recruiter in Boise, Idaho. You will source, screen, and guide candidates from outreach to offer, working closely with client managers in a hybrid model.

This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a drive to earn through commissions. Training is provided across industries and tools, with ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, HR or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in sales, marketing, communications, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable making high-volume calls.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with commission motivation.
• Strong organization and time management; multitask effectively.
• Coachable, curious, eager to learn new industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Managers to understand each client's hiring needs.
• Build a sourcing plan for each role and find candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Write and post engaging job descriptions and outreach messages.
• Reach out to candidates by phone, email, text, and LinkedIn to build rapport.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess fit.
• Present qualified candidates to Client Managers with concise submission summaries.
• Coordinate and prepare candidates for client interviews and gather feedback.
• Support the offer process and candidate expectations through start date.
• Keep ATS records accurate and up to date; manage pipeline activity.
• Grow a network of qualified professionals for future openings.
• Collaborate with recruiting team and leadership to refine strategies.
