Job summary

Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. seeks a driven Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions in the Palo Alto area.

The role partners closely with hiring managers to identify role requirements, build effective recruiting strategies, and engage high-quality talent from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Ideal candidates will proactively source passive candidates, manage multiple searches with strong organizational skills, and deliver an excellent candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or another high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and understand complex hiring requirements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer coordination, and closing.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screens and assess experience, motivation, technical/business fit, and overall alignment with the opportunity.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, urgency, and follow-through.
• Provide candidates with a high-quality and personalized recruiting experience throughout the process.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks.
• Support offer strategy and candidate closing in partnership with hiring managers and leadership.
