MemberSuite, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, seeks an energetic Recruiting Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing SaaS team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, direct sourcing, and building strong candidate relationships.

You will post positions, screen candidates by phone, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers. Local candidates only; unrestricted work authorization required. Experience in high-volume recruiting and HR systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years recruiting experience.
• Direct sourcing experience.
• Ability to act as brand ambassador for the company.
• Sales-driven recruitment approach.
• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment and interview process to achieve required staffing levels.
• Post open positions on various job sites and corporate website.
• Conduct initial full, in-depth phone screenings to identify, qualify and present strong candidate profiles.
• Provide hiring managers and leadership continuous feedback of job and candidate status.
• Maintain records on recruiting activities and provide analytical reporting as requested.
• Maintain the online applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate phone and on-site interviews with internal interviewers.
• Ensure new hires are fully prepared for their start date.
• Develop a network of industry talent and contacts for future searches.
• Act as a brand ambassador of the Company.
• Maintain a sales-driven approach to recruitment with a customer service attitude.

Work closely with HR/Recruiting Manager to develop, execute and refine recruiting strategy.

Manage the full recruitment and interview process to achieve required staffing levels.

Post open positions on various job sites as needed and corporate website.

Conduct initial full, in-depth phone screenings to identify, qualify and present strong candidate profiles with detailed notes to hiring managers.

Provide hiring managers and leadership continuous feedback of job and candidate status.

Maintain records on recruiting activities as required, as well as provide analytical reporting as requested.

Maintain the online applicant tracking system (ATS).

Coordinate phone and on-site interviews with internal interviewer/s.

Ensure new hires are fully prepared for their start date.

Develop a network of industry talent and contacts for future searches.

Ride motorcycles? 3-5 years recruiting experience and demonstrated experience in direct sourcing.

Active involvement within the tech community.

Ability to act as a brand ambassador of the Company.

Must have sales-driven approach to recruitment with a customer service attitude.

Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.

Skilled at cold calling and building quick rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Demonstrated success with individual contributor up to Director-level Recruiting; high-volume recruiting experience is strongly preferred.

Interest in HR is a plus.
