Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is hiring a Field Recruiter with forklift/warehouse experience for our Chattanooga, TN location. The role requires forklift experience and involves recruiting, candidate attraction, and building a robust pipeline to support order fulfillment.

You will screen candidates, conduct I-9s, drug screens, and background checks to get them to work. This on-site role offers a competitive base salary with monthly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE.
• Recruiting & staffing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work with your team.
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates and stand out postings.
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community.
• Use people skills and interview techniques to fill opportunities.
• Build a pipeline of people and impact order fulfillment.
