Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Chattanooga, TN with forklift experience to recruit and place candidates in warehouse roles. The recruiter will interview, screen, and build a pipeline, while coordinating drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get hires started.

On-site position with a base salary plus bonus potential. Ideal candidates will have staffing experience, the ability to manage 40+ customers daily, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE.
• Recruiting & staffing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
