HireHi ищет опытного рекрутера в Европе для полного цикла подбора IT и инженерных специалистов. Ваша задача — вестиMandates от начала до контракта, общаться с клиентами и кандидатами, выстраивать сеть пассивных кандидатов и обеспечивать соответствие профилей высоким требованиям.

Qualifications

• Опыт проведения структурированных интервью для технических ролей и рекомендаций кандидатов.
• Понимание обязанностей Software Developers, System Engineers и DevOps; умение выделять сильные профили.
• Умение работать над несколькими mandates без надзора.
• Уверенная коммуникация с менеджерами по найму и руководством, включая сложные сообщения.
• Немецкий на уровне носителя (C2) обязателен.
• Понимание и владение швейцарским немецким; хороший английский.
• Опыт работы с рынком труда Швейцарии и швейцарской культурой труда.

Responsibilities

• Капитан mandarata проекта recruitment от kickoff до подписания контракта: briefing, поиск, outreach, интервью, shortlisting, клиентские интервью, размещение, сроки и бюджеты.
• Оценивать кандидатов на технические IT- и инженерные роли через структурированные интервью и определять соответствие роли, команде и клиенту.
• Представлять только кандидатов, соответствующих качественному стандарту, и понятно объяснять оценку кандидатам.
• Контактировать пассивных кандидатов по телефону, LinkedIn и email, обрабатывать заявки, консультировать кандидатов, поддерживать отношения за пределами текущих вакансий, и выстраивать сеть.
• Управлять клиентской коммуникацией: обновления статуса, уточнение ожиданий, запросы обратной связи, предложения альтернатив при несоответствии рынка брифу.

Lead recruitment mandates independently from kickoff through signed contract, including briefing, search, outreach, interviews, shortlisting, client interviews, placement, timelines, follow-ups, and project budgets

Assess candidates for technical IT and engineering roles through structured interviews and determine their fit for the role, team, and client

Present only candidates who meet the required quality standard and explain assessments clearly to candidates

Contact passive talent by phone, LinkedIn, and email, process applications, advise candidates, maintain relationships beyond current vacancies, and build a network

Manage client communication by providing status updates, clarifying expectations, requesting feedback, and proposing alternatives when the market does not match the brief

Требования

• Several years of experience in IT or engineering recruitment, in an agency or in-house, with placements managed independently from start to finish
• Experience conducting structured interviews for technical roles and making reliable candidate recommendations
• Understand the responsibilities of Software Developers, System Engineers, and DevOps Engineers and distinguish strong profiles from average ones
• Manage multiple mandates independently without supervision
• Communicate confidently with hiring managers and executives, including when delivering difficult messages
• German at native level (C2) is mandatory
• Understand and speak Swiss German; good English
• Practical experience with the Swiss labor market and Swiss work culture
• Live in Europe
