Duration: 6 Months +

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr

We are looking for a \"hyper-agile\" recruiter who prioritizes haste without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be a decisive advisor—not an order-taker—who understands how to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while hitting aggressive volume targets.

• Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30+) is a MUST


• Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening


• Stakeholder management; someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understand charters/challenges, etc.

Mandatory Requirements

Core Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience (Non-Tech).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding defined monthly and quarterly KPIs.
