Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking sharp, motivated, sales-driven individuals to join our growing team as Full-Desk Agency Recruiters. This is an on-site, in-office role based out of Orange County, California, where you will build a desk from the ground up, bring in clients, run job intake, and deliver candidates through to close.

You will prospect, source, screen, and place candidates while managing a high volume of calls and KPIs to hit revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold-call construction companies to develop new clients and open job orders.
• Run client intake calls to nail down job specs, comp ranges, and hiring timelines.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through calls, referrals, job boards, and your own database.
• Manage a high volume of daily calls, meeting activity metrics and KPIs.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Present qualified candidates to clients, manage interviews, and drive offers through to close.
• Own the full desk from job order to placement, managing a high volume of daily calls and activity to hit revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate client and candidate records in the ATS/CRM and keep both sides updated throughout the process

We are looking to add experienced Full-Desk Agency Recruiters who know how to build a desk from both sides. You will be responsible for bringing in your own clients, running job intake, and delivering candidates through close. The expectation is that you can develop relationships, generate revenue, and manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through cold-calling, referrals, job boards, and your own database

• Prioritize and manage multiple open searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Present qualified candidates to clients, manage interviews, and drive offers through to close
• Own the full desk from job order to placement, managing a high volume of daily calls and activity to hit revenue goals
• Maintain accurate client and candidate records in the ATS/CRM and keep both sides updated throughout the process

What You Need for this Position

• Have 1+ years of Outbound Sales Experience
• Have a fundamental understanding or interest in the Construction Industry
• Strong closing instincts and sense of urgency
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a fast-paced and growing company
