We are looking to add experienced Full-Desk Agency Recruiters who know how to build a desk from both sides. You will be responsible for bringing in your own clients, running job intake, and delivering candidates through close. The expectation is that you can develop relationships, generate revenue, and manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.

What You Need for this Position

• Have 1+ years of Agency Recruitment/Outbound Sales Experience
• Have a fundamental understanding or interest in the Construction Industry.
• Strong closing instincts and sense of urgency
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a fast-paced and growing company
