Tiello is seeking an Internal Recruiter to drive growth and double headcount in the next year. This fully on-site role in Orange County, CA, focuses on recruiting internal hires, building robust pipelines, and owning the candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.

You’ll lead high-volume outreach, screen and close candidates, and collaborate with leaders to ensure successful ramp plans. A competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment — agency, RPO, or in-house talent acquisition.
• Proven sourcing ability: build a list from nothing and get responses from people who weren't looking.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and the rejection that comes with it.
• Strong closing skills — can hold a candidate through a counter-offer conversation.
• Organized to manage the entire process.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for internal hires — recruiters, operations, and leadership roles as we grow.
• Build and run outbound sourcing campaigns to attract experienced recruiters from competitor firms.
• Develop entry-level and early-career pipelines: universities, career changers, athletes, high-performers from adjacent industries.
• Run first-round screens and assess traits predictive of success on a desk — resilience, coachability, competitiveness, work ethic.
• Manage candidates through the full process: interview coordination, feedback, offer, close, and onboarding date.
• Partner with Division Managers and Training & Development to ensure right ramp plan.
• Build and maintain a live talent pipeline so we’re never starting from zero.
• Own the employer brand externally — Tiello on LinkedIn, job boards, and inbox.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internal Recruiter)

We're one of the fastest privately owned companies in the US looking to hire an Internal Recruiter to help double our headcount in the next 12 months. We need someone internally whose job is to help find and hire the people who will build the next version of this company.

This is not just a support role. You own the front end of our growth.

THIS IS A FULLY ON-SITE IN-OFFICE POSITION IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for internal hires — primarily recruiters, plus operations and leadership roles as we grow
• Build and run outbound sourcing campaigns to attract experienced 360 and 180 recruiters from competitor firms
• Develop entry-level and early-career pipelines: universities, career changers, athletes, high-performers from adjacent sales industries
• Run first-round screens and assess for the traits that actually predict success on a desk — resilience, coachability, competitiveness, work ethic
• Manage candidates through the full process: interview coordination, feedback loops, offer stage, close, and stay in contact through start date
• Partner with our Division Managers and Training & Development team so every hire lands in the right division with the right ramp plan
• Build and maintain a live talent pipeline so we're never starting from zero when a seat opens
• Own the employer brand externally — how Tiello shows up on LinkedIn, on job boards, and in a candidate's inbox

What we're looking for:

Required

• Experience hiring at scale into a growing office
