Responsibilities

• Manage 14 to 20+ open requisitions across estimating, project management, project engineering, design engineering, scheduling, detailing, structural engineering, safety, and purchasing.
• Source and screen candidates across multiple markets, primarily Southern and Northern California, with Colorado and Tennessee growing.
• Partner face to face with hiring managers to calibrate requirements and keep candidates moving.
• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill searches where the talent pool is narrow.
• Keep every search organized and visible so leadership knows where things stand.

Construction and Engineering Recruiter

Our client is adding a recruiter to their internal team to take on a growing list of open positions across engineering, project delivery, and field operations. This is a hands‑on seat with real volume, direct access to the leaders making hiring decisions, and a desk that is expanding into new markets. The right person likes moving fast, knows how to find people who are not actively looking, and would rather sit down with a hiring manager than send another email.

• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 45/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Manage 14 to 20+ open requisitions across estimating, project management, project engineering, design engineering, scheduling, detailing, structural engineering, safety, and purchasing
